Liniar’s unique ‘air glide’ patio was designed from scratch to take advantage of the very latest technology. In
addition, it has been cycle tested by Liniar’s in-house robot to provide assurance that it’s built to last.
The Liniar patio features the patented ModLokTM exoskeletal system, a combined reinforcement and multi-point locking system that also prevents contraction and expansion.All external sliders feature multiple anti-lift properties and the doors have hidden crash stops for superior aesthetics. Most other patio doors operate on a four-wheel steel opening system.
The Liniar patio features a unique 8-wheeled acetal roller system to provide stability, durability and a smooth, silent operation. Available with Liniar’s optional Part M compliant low threshold.
Bi-Fold Window
Liniar bi-folding windows can enhance almost any type of building. Popular for use in conservatories and orangeries, the Liniar bi-fold window enables you to fully open one side of the room whilst retaining valuable wall space for furniture inside the room.

Residential and Composite Doors
Liniar fabricators offer a wide range of PVCu residential and composite doors, all with multi-chambered Liniar
profiles for the frame. Sculptured or chamfered frames offer a perfect match to Liniar windows, with the same choice of colours from stock.
Residential doors feature either 28mm double or 36mm/40mm triple glazing options, and are also available with patented ModLokTM exoskeleton for additional strength – whilst composite doors are available with 44mm or 49mm width door slabs.
A choice of thresholds complements each Liniar door, including Liniar’s unique low threshold, which requires no trench excavation to install. Also available in a Part M compliant option, the aluminium low threshold measures just 15mm in height.
